They recently caught some guy peeping in a teenage girl’s window. They had to chase him which wasn’t difficult considering his pants were around his knees and he wouldn’t drop the box of tissues he had with him. I suppose he just didn’t want to get charged with littering. Wouldn’t want to be illegal and be a disappointment to his family.
