Maybe you haven’t heard. The Chicago media has already anointed the Cubs World Series champs and the silly Wrigley Field attendees (who are not sure if the game is in the stands or on the field) believe it. Whoever wins the series this year will be the’16 Cubs fans’ enemies for life because that team will be stealing the Cubs championship. If you don’t believe it, ask any Cubs fan who was around in 1969 and they will tell you they hate the Mets for life because the Mets had the audacity to win the ’69 World Series when the ’69 Cubs were anointed the winners before the season began.
