Maybe Snoopy is a gray fox rather than a beagle. That would certainly explain how he got up in the tree.

Charlie Brown and the other kid decided on a tree mighty fast…I remember a “Big Nate” strip in which the whole joke was they couldn’t decide between a tree house until one was made “more accessible”, forcing that to be the tree house

Wow, and this comic is a good ten years before the band. But I’d heard head guy Peter Noone originally had the name Sherman (from the cartoon w/ Peabody) but didn’t want the band to be ’Sherman’s Shermits’.

Come on little Snoopy. Wait for the actual finish.

I wouldn’t mind having cute little snoopy up with me I love dogs

I would keep an eye on him now to see how he got up there!

The artwork in the early Sunday strips was amazing.

Of course, for Snoopy it certainly helps that your tree house is only three feet off the ground!
