The explanation slowly emerges. Not the most empathetic perhaps, but real. At minimum, the BLPD will owe an apology to Banks.

I LOVED chicken & stars for decades, but then they changed it. They wrote “Classic recipe” on the label, but it IS NOT the same recipe, because the stars are great big blobs of pasta now, instead of petite and unobtrusive. Yuck.
