Actually, Steve is taking it all rather well.

I worked with a guy who wore a nicotine patch & continued to smoke, go figure.

Oh good, Opus found a “safe place” to hide.

On the positive side, Steve’s energy level seems to have risen since he stopped!

Why hide ’em when you shoulda destroyed ’em.

I’d suspect Milo of being a Peeping Tom even if it wasn’t this legitimate effort for him and Lola to avoid the danger of stark raving mad Steve-o, trying to go Cold Turkey or kill Opus, whichever comes first….
