“Stuff that comes in here” apparently means, “Nutritional Information.” When I was 37, I had to start adding fiber to my meals. I occasionally use Fiber One cereal for baking. They have their own webpages for recipes using Fiber One. And I’ve seen a couple recipes on the internet using Kellogg’s All Bran.
