I don’t believe you can transfer money out of a frozen account. My point being, if they are going to perpetrate a scam, they should at least do it right!And BTW, I just saw a news bit about the Nigerian government saying it has recovered assets and funds totaling $9.1 billion as part of its anti-corruption drive. They’re probably going to need a lot of help getting it all moved to US accounts… :-)
