    Hey, go light on the Slop and do a bit of Free Range foraging for other things that are edible, like that “they” you mentioned….

    Sadly, the majority of corporate pork production has bred the fat out of the meat, rendering it nearly tasteless. Fortunately, some smaller farms are raising heritage breeds. It’s difficult to get pork that doesn’t taste like cardboard…
