I answer the phone in French and that confuses most of them since nearly no one speaks French in the USA these days. I also keep my old police whistle nearby for the especially aggravating ones. I blow them right out of their Indian headsets.

We have a button on each handset that says “Block Caller” And it works. And it works for all handsets from any handset
