Pluggers, pretty much by definition, don’t have a choice, Fish Stix.
And there are worse things than looking back at the end of the day and knowing that whatever you did, however others might look down on you for it, you accomplished something useful in someone else’s life. That’s kind of being a Plugger by definition, too.

Alabama has no such Inspections or Tests. Pluggers are welcomed.

Ohio pretends to have them. You just have to put $300 into your car. It doesn’t say anything about fixing the problem, you just have to try.
so we only have the richer pluggers.
