No money in shopping cart technology.
The wheels wobble only if the bearings have failed or the cart has been overloaded and bent the frame. Our store has found a man with a van that has spare wheels, and a torch and hydraulic press to straighten strained frames.
Or stick like glue when you’re trying to pull one out?
Or pull to one side so it’s a constant battle to push in a straight line.
We had a new grocery open and everything was brand new even the shopping carts. Now after 5 to 10 yrs the carts are beginning to act naturally.

Patrons damage them through malevolence and/or ignorance.
