in real life, the kid would complain to the principal that a large dog was threatening him —-Animal control would be called,Marmaduke would be hauled away and eventually destroyed for being a vicious dog.good thing this is a cartoon!

Nighthawks – You forgot to add that the brat’s parents would sue Marmaduke’s owners.

Marmaduke won’t have to do anything but scowl at the kid who will run away in fear.

I have no sympathy for bullies when their victims snap and hurt them really bad!

Just last week I saw the old Andy Griffith episode where the bully was taking Opie’s lunch. Opie winds up kicking the bully’s butt! Also like Christmas Story where Ralphie finally beats the crap out of that big bully!
