Looked online and found that teachers make one template for a lesson (like math problems) copy it then laminate those so that they can be used by lots of kids in different classes. Mark on them and erase or just let them have it to work off during class then the laminated item can be used again in the next class. I love the smell of mimeographed tests (napalm) in the morning (Apocalypse Now Movie reference). Just shows you how old I am to even remember what a mimeograph machine is.
Laminators are invaluable to educators – you never put anything up on your classroom walls unless it’s laminated first, or the life expectancy of the object drops dramatically.
Was the tech geek in a high school library for many years, next to the room with the laminator. They’re a bitch to fix…
