    Perhaps a nice Cabernet-Franc? Another suggestion, and this is an outside the box one, would be a Grenache Blanc.

    Hmm. Innards, I should think, would call for a strong, red wine. I’d go with a quality Merlot.But, if I were the wine shop proprietor, I’d stall and try to get to the back door and run for it! It’s my pancreas, man!
