1-0 for Team Tarzan.

The same guy that made shields, made drum heads.

This doesn’t sound like the Tarzan I know. Normally, Tarzan knows what’s coming up ahead of time and manages to free everyone before he gets involved in wanton killing.

What are the shields made of? Animal skins? Paper?Doesn’t look like metal to me.

Eat spear bud, and now on to the next victim! :)> SpearChuckingGaloreAGowa!!

Now Tarzan is weaponless.

Count me out on the “advancing eagerly”…I still deeply abhor fights to the death.

As far as I remember the ‘Pike’ is the pointy bit, the pikestaff is the shaft, but more generally the pike as a weapon used by pikemen very very long and was for thrusting only, never for throwing. The relatively short weapons drawn here are spears not pikes.

Considering the positions of T’s spear and the opponent’s shield in panel 2, panel 3 seems implausible.
