Brevity by Dan Thompson for July 26, 2016
Transcript:
Creek: How about this weather? Hot enough for you? The other day this catfish swam through and told me all about a great sale they're having at macy's... of course I don't really shop much these days... Man: We'd prefer to see a property without a babbling brook.

How about this house? Not only do the walls have ears but they also speak.

We lived in one of the most scenic places in the United States, with a waterfall a few yards from our house, in nature, not just close to it. My mother in law from the city, a block from the freeway, couldn’t sleep with the noise of the waterfall. Each to their own babbling?

If you catch that catfish, you’ll have a babble fish that might come in handy some day. Don’t forget your towel.

Shouldn’t there be a tower there on the property? That would be heavenly.

Now if it only flowed when it rained, it would be a wash.
