Ah. Dart sabotage.

For those who hav e never played darts….the “flights” are the guidance fins at the back of the dart.

Basically…the kid cheated…oopsie!

These kids are smarter than your average bear. I guess the outcome must depend on a cancelled flight.

The kid has a great future in politics. This may be good, or not so good…

Thank you for the explanations…. Without understanding what a flight was, it just sounded like a really creepy threat that something might happen to their plane.

Teachers can be fired — after due process, and they’re able to appeal, if they have tenure. Teachers without tenure can be fired much more easily. Different states have different tenure rules. And all teachers are subject to layoffs; again, the junior ones are affected first.

comicsssfanAround here, they are only fired for sex with pupils. However, “their contract was not renewed” for the following year for almost anything from overlord not liking them to teaching fact rather than what State Board Of Education approved text book says, to teaching them to think.
