This is so true. I think that the mental benefits of walking more than make up for the slightly lesser physical benefits. Besides, I was never able to force myself to go running more than a couple of times a week, but I love walking almost every day.

My dogs would be chasing the squirrels and peeing on shrubbery. They’re rescues and ignore me outside like they’re still nobodies dogs.

ladywatcherAfter that Chevy Caprice climbed into my lap at 50+ mph way back there, walking is difficult enough, never mind running.
