Garfield: We need a new table.
May 14, 2024
Or Garfield could… well, you know. No, not get off the table.
Or a new foundation.
Or maybe you just need to go on a diet again, Garfield…
It’s a little early for skiing, isn’t it?
Could be worse; the table could be sinking into the floor.
More like you need to go on a diet.
…either that Garf or for someone, who must remain nameless, to stop turning the legs of said table into toothpicks?
This strip is done by computer. You would think someone could add at least a bit of detail.
You don’t want a new table Garfield. That looks like fun. Plus, it would make the one on the high part easier to pass the salt.
Or a faster slide.
I expect it was Garfield’s weight and heavily laden dinner plate that broke the table legs.
Garfield should stand at the low end of the table and wait for the food to slide to him, maybe with his mouth already open.
The table looks fine, the house on the other hand may have a faulty foundation!
New rule: No fat cats on the table!
