I still contend you have to 1. have a passing acquaintance with truth — or at least acknowledge that it exists — in order to 2. deliberately say something to the contrary of it, in order to be accused of lying. Neither of these two can qualify for that (either). Their mental processes fall under the unique category: “Fiction We Made Up That We Intend You to Take As Fact.”

Actually the Benghazi was also a lie. The evening before telling the world it was caused by a “disgusting video” she sent an email to her daughter noting the attack had al Qaeda characteristics. She knew better at the time she talked about the video. Then she repeated the story to the parents of the Benghazi deceased. She is a vile quasi-human, almost makes Trump look decent by comparison. Almost.
