But she must become aware that this could boomerang on her if Lio decides to give up on this thankless task of trying to feed Cybil. I’m thinking that Cybil missed catching the boomerang as it came back and that’s why she’s facing the wrong way and has her paw up like she’s ready to catch it. I once had a boomerang come back on me, it was a plastic toy and I was throwing it in an empty cow pasture. I threw the boomerang, watched it go long and curve back in a wide turn, but instead of coming back to me it ended up hitting the back window of my dad’s ‘35 Chevy, the only thing sitting out in that large empty pasture and that plastic toy smashed the window and broke in half at the same time. Fortunately my dad hadn’t started restoring the car yet and that’s why it was sitting out there in the field, and yes, I was a good boy and fessed up to the accident (I probably could have kept quiet and he never would have known how the window broke) but he knew it was an accident and made sure that it would never happen again by refusing to buy me a new boomerang.
