Suppose it already finished uploading, I too would like to know how it does protect bullying victims from bullying. If it just protects you from CYPER-bullying (like, say, blocking the bullies), that’d be a relief. But actual face-to-face bullying, that’s different.
I don’t get it. The local school system has zero tolerance policy. Bully’s are removed from the system and placed in a remedial program. This is for any kind of abuse.
