We have dogs in all the yards around us. By an oddity of fence layout five yards abut ours so when any canine neighbors are out there is much cavorting along the fence line, piddle swapping and general canine commiseration. I often wonder….do they commiserate about what their humans call them, and do they give their “real” names (the ones their mothers gave them) only to each other?
