Simple remedy, if you’ve got tensions to your back by sitting or lifting something: go on your stomach and bend your back backwards. Just need to do that long enough till you feel it straightened. Front vertebras flatten and those need to get out of pressures sometimes. I do that once in a day -takes about 10 minutes. That of course won’t much help, if you have there worse structural problems already.
