I have an El Santo movie where they spend pretty much all of their time on a swampy river somewhere in Mexico. So hot, he has his shirt off for most of it, but he still wears that mask. Unless they had some remarkable hi-tech in-mask air conditioning back then, he must have been one sweaty luchador underneath.
