…this is exactly what my old cat Kitka did many many years ago :)…we never tried it again :)…

Our cat Sakura had a similar problem.. The collar scraped off much of her fur on one side, exposing raw skin. Fortunately, her fur grew back.
I had a dog do that once.
Amateur, I would have gotten it off no problem.
I’m still laughing at this one. Terrific to see Somet hing this funny when not expecting it!
