Good just as easily be Queen Elizabeth talking to Prince Charles since she’s obviously not going to let him have the throne until she’s dead and buried in Westminster Abbey.

I just read that injured rattlesnakes bite themselves to commit suicide. Certainly, vampires can do this to commit perpetual motion.

You can read just about anything, but that doesn’t make it so. In the real world, they don’t because they are unaffected by their own poison (think about it, they are already full of more poison than they can inject). A small puncture heals rapidly.

A lot of people can’t tell the difference between British and Dutch royalty. Probably started with William and Mary. The Dutch monarchs retire after a reign while the British carry on. They might use a regency now and then, one lost his head, but only one abdicated. And a good thing too, otherwise he would have surrendered to his Nazi friends. I can’t see him flying the royal standard from Buckingham Palace during the blitz like his brother did. (It is only flown during residency and many a Londoner stood firm because “If he can take it, so can we.”)
