It turns out, according to the experts in these things, that this really is the most effective tactic for defeating robo-calling systems. Guys like yours truly, who hang up the instant they recognize the transfer delay, are only making things worse.
since the do not call list doesn’t make much of a difference, I think I might try this…cutting my head off, that is….
