Gladys: Those are foods that are naturally good for you. I looked up a list of them online... Gladys: Some of the foods on the list are: blueberries, avocados, almonds, walnuts, kale, broccoli and sweet potatoes. Wilberforce: Is pizza on the list? Gladys: Pizza isn't a superfood, silly. Wilberforce: That all depends on whose definition of superfood you use!

Please note that Bacon (a super food) is composed of the first three.

Sweet potato pie, Blueberry pie, Almond Tarts and Baklava (contains walnuts practically as a rule, other nuts such as almonds optional) are some nice ways to have the superfoods Wilberforce. Another superfood is cacao (just thought of it, so added) which is contained in such everyday items such as…BROWNIES (ensure to get with walnuts — tops on flavour, and you get a twofer of superfoods), Oreos and chocolate-chip cookies! So simple a solution, ALWAYS ask for one of the sweets I mentioned!
