The year I turned 12 I grew 6 inches, and my appetite became legendary, to the point that when I returned to this area after many years absence, they tried to feed me like I used to eat as a teenager!
There are only the two of us, and a couple of friends with no local family, so I bought a deep-fried turkey breast for dinner. They are SOOO good and easy to carve with no waste.

I go to my brothers. He cuts up the turkey and lays out the food buffet style. Works well.
