For those of you who really care: Obamacare is not working in almost 40 states, because the insurance companies who backed Obama and Clinton have pulled out. What does this tell you?
My premiums went up more then 5 times. The coverage is less then before. Now I have deductibles and co-pays. My mom’s Medicare covers less then it did before Obama Care.A look at the book Medicare sends every year compared to the ones before 2012,tells the tale..The Medicare part D premiums are higher and there are co-pays.The easily duped remain so.And they fall for the Bureaucratic Snafu every time.Over and over and over.
And up until Obama put up that outhouse, we were using the trench, well those who could afford it, the costs were skyrocketing. Now all are free to use the outhouse. So do we tear down the outhouse and go back to the trench only the rich are allowed to use? Or start working on indoor plumbing?
Why do we choose to look at Wester Europe to gauge the success of nationalized health care? Those countries – like us – have a lot of wealth to piss through before things get rough. Their systems, like ours, haven’t equilibrated costs and services yet. If you really want to see what nationalized health care will look like after the system is “optimized”, you should look at places like Cuba, where the doctors moonlight as cabbies.
The only real problem is REPUBLICANS in committee gave the toilet paper concession to big pharma, insurance companies, and corporate “care providers” to insure their profit margins didn’t decline, and indeed INCREASED, at cost to the plans and the whole system we had to pay. YEs, it still needs more work, like “single payer”, WITH payments made to corporate, REGULATED entities, from a pool including all payers, rich, poor, old, young, healthy at the present time, and “not”…

So people who take of themselves never get sick?
If you cant afford medical care you deserve to die, but please don’t do it in the streets – that would make a mess..
