Rob Wilco: Here you go, found your ball. Satchel Pooch: Ooo! Aw. I can't use this. it's a cat ball. Rob Wilco: Are they different? Satchel Pooch: Yeah. This one is designed for cats. Rob Wilco: Why do cats and dogs need different balls? Satchel Pooch: Ha ha! Oh my hm. How to explain this.... See, dogs are pack oriented. We have an inbred preference for communal interaction. So we're happiest when we're playing our working in groups. Rob Wilco: And cats? Satchel Pooch: Well, they're evil. This is a ball of evil.

Man, Satchel is reverting to when he was trying to pick a watch to replace the lost “Handy” and Rob showed him a Timex watch and repeated the “Takes a Lickin’ and Keeps on Ticken’” slogan. Satchel decided that made it sound like a cat’s watch.
End of that arc involved Bucky finding “Handy” and fixing it and then giving it to Satchel for Christmas.

Satchel we Harley owners would get a question like that back in the 80’s. Sometimes the reply was “If I have to explain it to you, you will not understand.”

Doesn’t Satchel believe in redemption? Because the ball started out evil, doesn’t mean it needs to stay evil.
