Greta Schwartz of New Jersey pulled a casket 80 miles in three days on foot! Susan Kelly a.k.a. Sober Sue, provided entertainment in the early 1900s by challenging comedians to make her smile for a prize. The challengers did not know she suffered from facial paralysis and physically could not smile! At the age of 16, Ann Makosinski, from Victoria, British Columbia, invented a flashlight that is powered solely by body heat!

Susan Kelly couldn’t smile but at least she had a sense of humor.

Riddle: He who makes it doesn’t need it, he who buys it doesn’t want it, he who uses it doesn’t care what it is. A: a coffin.

In the 70’s there where things called “Mood Rings” that would change color according to your mood. You would put the Ring on your finger and it would change color. Me thinks it was working off of body heat also.

She did not invent that flashlight. She just made one from components that were available for years.

If Ann Markosinski of BC made a flashlight from components at the age of 16, with no one else had thought of to put together to run off of body heat. She did invent something new.

Here’s an URL with a story about Greta and the casket. Very sad; she did it to bring attention to suicide. And no, there was no body in the casket.

That is sad that no one at RBON thought to mention it in the caption.
