When he said carbonara, I though it was Carbona, the spot remover of my childhood.

“Carbonara” comes from the Italian word for charcoal burner, so reducing your carbonara footprint is environmentally significant. Not to mention not tracking soot all over the carpets.

I’d wipe it up with pig belly fat, saute it in bourbon, mix it with a nice cheddar and serve it at any Wisconsin-bundt party.
