    Back up to the Foul Line, take the # of Steps you use + a half step more and you should be good. Turn around and you’re good to go!!! If your slide is exceptionally long, just add another 1/2 step or a full step.

    @hippogriffYou might find this new development interesting to follow, both for yourself and for other sufferers of essential tremor. It was developed for Parkinson’s, but ET mimics Parkinson’s, so it could be a perfect solution when available. ET seems to run in families, so you could pass it along for younger members to keep an eye on.

    Checked it out. Since this is mechanical rather than pharmaceutical, it is treating the symptom (tremor) rather than the disease (Parkinson or ET). I think it might help me. Now, where do I go to become a guinea-pig in this? My kids are in their mid-fifties, with no sign yet. Thanks for the info.
