A man was sitting in his recliner reading the news paper. He heard a knock on his door. He gets up opening the door and didn’t see anyone so he goes back to his reading the news paper. He heard the knock again. Frustrated, he gits up and goes to the door opens it and still couldn’t see anyone there. He heard someone say ,”Hey im down here”. Looking down seeing a snail he reaches down picks up the snail and throws it as far as he could, goes back to reading his newspaper.
Five years passed. He heard a knock on his door. When he opened the door, he looked down and saw it was the same snail.
“Hey what did you do that for” the snail said.

Reminded me of a snail joke.
