Growing up in NYC, there was always a blizzard us kids could count on. Back then, that was the only way we got out of going to school living in a city that never stops moving. Our neighborhood streets were plowed and salted, sidewalks cleared and EVERYONE went to work or school the next morning. So, it makes me laugh, now, living a littler farther south, just below PA that schools close for 3 inches of snow and the cities and suburbs are in a state of emergency. LOL, LOL, LOL.
