Hypershock: OH YES THERE IS! At dusk and dark the unknown, along with myth and legend, can play tricks on the most doubting mind. Been there, done that, the adrenalin rush gets addictive after a while.
No bears in Oz though. The koala is thought of as a bear but is actually related to the South American tree sloth. Its passive nature and slow movements are popularly mistaken for tameness, whereas they are just to conserve energy because the diet of manna gum leaves is not greatly nutritious.
Give one any cause to worry if you cuddle it and you will find its nervousness will manifest itself in a most unpleasant way.

G’day Jason, Dry, JFri, Ottod, Meggsiefan, Frank and all Meggsie’s mates.
THIS is what I call a serious worry. The best thing they could do is run BUT in what direction.
Dammit, still 15 hours to go before seeing if Ginger and Benny survive.

Howdy, all.
I’d say they should scat, but Benny’s apparently already taken care of that.
Always the optimist, I’m guessing it’s not as bad as we fear. Great panel 3, Jason.
