    Looks promising, but I can’t read the upside-down words.Anyone?

You are reading the upside-down words. The top half is the strip right-side up. The bottom half is the strip upside-down, which finishes the story.

Glad to add this to my roll. The name I’ve been signed up with here for the last five years is “Muffaroo” — same name I used to go under at the Comics Curmudgeon, back when I had time.

I really enjoy reading these old comic strips. I keep hoping that Little Nemo will return.

If you are in desktop mode, use the zoom feature of the site (not the Cntrl-+ / Cmd-+ feature of your browser); it will give you a higher-resolution image.

And he did this every Sunday for over a year. That’s a sign of genius or madness or perhaps a bit of both.

Great strip, I hope nothing bad ever happens to its author. Oh, wait…

    A really smart comic concept.
