Rick: "Man Bites Dog"? "Dog sues." Joanie: Well, I better be gettin back, Rick... Rick: Don't you want to go out for a bite to eat? Joanie: No. I have to go give another speech this afternoon! Lacey's got me doing another E.R.A. number! It's really beginning to drive me up the wall! Rick: How come? Joanie: 'Cause I'm just no good at it, Rick! And besides, it's frustrating! I'm not getting through to those women! Rick: Well, now, wait a minute, Joanie! How do you know that? You may well be getting through to them! Remember, those women come in the first place because they want to hear your side! They may not accept everything you say, but they know you're reaching out, and that has to make them think! Joanie: *sigh*... yeah, yeah, I know, Rick... I'm not giving up or anything. Rick: Oh, good. Joanie: But thanks, sister. Rick: Hey, no charge!
