He has had many names over the ages. Probably the first was the Black Knight. The Germans, Americans, British and Russians knew of him. The Japanese wanted his help. He may have single handedly _lengthened World War 2! But then something happened. I shall let the story continue anon.
I made a comment yesterday about how dangerous it can be to fly through the Bering Strait. It has since disappeared. That seems to be happening to several of my comments. I don’t know what is going on.
To reiterate, the Russians are very protective of their air space. I saw a show about flying in Alaska that pointed out that if you drift over that border, you may find yourself in a Russian prison or dead. Pilots in Alaska are very cautious.
