Sorry Mikema50 – I’ll remember Obama as the WORST President ever and I lived through the Jimmy Carter years.
It’s easy to look good to the recipients of Government largess as you slather them and their communities with Taxpayer dollars to buy votes.
It’s much harder to look good to those of us who have to pay for everyone else to have it easy.
Obama was a terrible president for those of us who are successful and just want Washington to get out of the way. The Midwest (as far from Washington as you can get) rejected his ideas (except for Illinois where the endless dreams of government funding seem to flow).
But he didn’t say the except part, that was put in by a bitter cartoonist. Trump on the other hand has promised to be the president only for those who help him. He actively sews the seeds of distrust. He uses his words and actions to divide the nation. I have yet to see one Republican listen to the views of anyone but Fox and Rush. Sore winners are still whining.
