Caulfield: I see coach Hacker's basketball team isn't doing any better than his football team did. Yet a few of them still torment the cross country and swim teams. Frazz: Well, you get it in while you can, I suppose. Caulfield: All the same, I wouldn't pick on the guy who's going to be my boss in 10 years. Frazz: Or my doctor in 15.

Ah, elitism, so new, so refreshing. But I know this is to counter the bullying aspect.

A doctor in 15 years? It averages 14 years out of high school to become a doctor. Just how old are the kids in this strip supposed to be, anyway?

It is a sad day for Public Schools in America, the woman who has declared in the past she would close down Public Schools has just been put in charge of Education. This won’t be a case of healthy competition between schools as one poor deluded fool has stated here. This will mean even worse funding for the schools that need it most.

Education is for the ruling class. All the workers need are the three Rs, and obviously spelling isn’t one of them. Back to the 19th century when America first discovered imperialism.

Actually, many psychopathic executives are ex football players. I had the misfortune of working in a company that had one years ago. The hail-fellow-well-met type get into these jobs because they have lots of friends.

Betsy DeVos a billionaire who wants only privatize schools, not education.

Do elementary schools really have their own sports teams? I could see maybe basketball and soccer, but it seems like all the others sports were done outside of school in independent leagues until at least junior high.

Strangely it seems more complimentary to those in those sports rather than insulting.

My son quit the high school basketball team after a year because the coach belittled the kids who studied during downtimes at practices and before away games. I know that at least one of those kids he put down is a doctor now; the coach is I’m sure still the alcoholic and gambler he was then.
