Phil: Is that a parachute? Uh-oh. Dottie: What was that commotion on the roof? Phil: You don't want to know. Dog Gone Funny: Pell City, Al Rhonda Knight has Winnie, a dachshund. When Winnie was little, she barked in the house, so Rhonda put her outside until she stopped. Now when Rhonda comes home, Winnie is so excited she runs outside, barks and barks, then comes back inside to be with Rhonda.
