    That is more or less how easy they make it!!! but to be fair, some stores are really good with customer service!

    Too close to home! I am going through this process now with a large appliance lemon I purchased from a major retailer (name begins and ends with an S).

    In the online version, you have to run the gauntlet of cookies that plant ads of what your complaining about on every webpage, click-bait that locks up your browser, and viruses that invade your hard drive when you try to close the pop-up that says “WARNING! YOUR COMPUTER IS NOT SECURE!” . . .
