Go with the ideas from a recent Face Off. They created a ballet dancer robot with some appliances at the joints that looked like hinges and ball sockets, then did a metallic gold makeup. At Dean’s skill level, a metallic dance unitard with metallic painted elbow and knee pads, plus makeup, might do the job!
