Harvey: What we cartoonists are hoping to encourage here, Mark, are some bold initiatives from the Bush administration! What a lot of people don't understand is that cartoonists are patriots! We want to see our presidents succeed! If a cartooning moratorium helps Bush get a little confidence, then we're happy to oblige! So we put a cap on the vitriol for a week. What can it hurt? Our editors are patriotic, too. They'll understand. Mark: Will you still get paid? Harvey: Oh, sure. We're all taking sick leave.
