Sounds like N. Dakota is still in the dark ages. And, hopefully, gocomics will come out of the dark ages on Friday when they shut down for a hardware change and put the magnifier back in.
yep…every aspect of life……retest, recertify, competencies; from driving a vehicle, working in the medical field, teaching, etc…… makes you wonder how do we function day to day..
In Alaska the hardest part of the written test is the insurance coverage questions. The other 69% of the test is common sense (and general rules of the road). You have to finish with a 70% to pass and once you hit that they shut the test down and your done… they don’t even give one the satisfaction of receiving anything higher than a C average!
I’m glad that they didn’t make me take a test when I moved from New York to Florida! Thought waiting at the Miami DMV is definitely a test of endurance!
