Hmph. Used to be navel-gazing was the ultimate in self-involvement; then obsessing about whether your teeth were whiter than a tissue. But I gotta admit that uvula shining’s got them both beat hollow. The only thing left is swallowing a micro-camera that transmits to your phone so you can watch your food digest….and share it on social media.
