I don’t know Louis. When I was a kid we never had summer reading assignments though we were encouraged to read. No one ever had to encourage me since I’ve always loved reading. Way to make it a chore, require it! Now they have more than reading assignments over the summer. It’s sad that kids can’t just have the summer free anymore.

Me too Alondra I loved to read and this was never an assignment in my era…summer vacay was just that.
